I have had my car and home insurance with James and his associates since they opened. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the office and they have gone above and beyond in ever occasion to make sure my family has been satisfied. My husband was hesitant about switching a few years ago since we had the same insurance for quite a while but they have defiantly won him over too and we couldn't be happier. Nationwide has for sure been on our side.

After being hit and the driver fleeing the scene I was giving a claim adjuster by the name of Julie Davis that could care less. I was made to believe that I wasn’t covered with rental car insurance which had me extremely stressed out!! I drove around in an unsafe vehicle for a month trying to figure out how I was going to pay for my high deductible and a car rental. After being extremely frustrated, something told me to go see my nationwide agent In the local office. I’m so glad I did. Agent Tiffany Miles literally turned my frown upside down. She got on top of it ASAP! She figured out I was covered!!! Thank god for her! Now I’m in a safe vehicle while my car is being repaired. Thank you so much Tiffany! You really made my day!!

Great person to work with for Nationwide auto insurance. He worked lowest premium for me compared to Geico or Progressive. And took care of subsequent changes without affecting the premium much. I referred few friends to him and they too were happy with his service. Highly recommended!
